Resilient Recovery offers a journey of living example, to explore emerging systems for resilience and offering tools for recovery across five realsm; Self-connection, Mindful Restoration, Community Healing, Regenerative Design and Ecological Resilience.

       Find harmony through holistic healing workshops that focus on regenerative practices on a personal, interpersonal and planetary scale.        Including;  storytelling, connection and meditation, mindful movement, conscious conversation and co-creation, and embodied action.
