Re-Generate
Capacity Building for Climate Resilience
Embodiment, systems thinking, and regenerative leadership for navigating complexity and strengthening personal, organizational, and planetary resilience.
About the program
Across the world, communities and institutions are facing accelerating disruption from climate change and environmental change.
Resilience, however, is not only a technical challenge. It is a human capacity challenge.
To respond effectively to complex crises, leaders and practitioners need the ability to regulate think systemically, collaborate across disciplines, and remain grounded in uncertainty.
Re-Generate is an experiential group coaching and learning program that explores the connection between inner resilience and systemic resilience.
