Re-Generate

Capacity Building for Climate Resilience

A 6-week experiential group coaching and learning experience designed for women working in climate, sustainability, and systemic transformation.

A space for navigating complexity and strengthening personal, organizational, and planetary resilience in times of uncertainty.

About the program

Across the world, communities and institutions are facing accelerating disruption from climate change and environmental change.

Resilience, however, is not only a technical challenge. It is a human capacity challenge.

To respond effectively to complex crises, leaders and practitioners need the ability to regulate, think systemically, collaborate across disciplines, and remain grounded in uncertainty.

The climate transition requires more than solutions. It requires ‍ ‍resilient leaders.‍ ‍

Many women working in sustainability and climate are navigating increasing complexity, urgency, and emotional pressure while holding space for meaningful change.

Re-Generate is a 6-week experiential program designed to support women in restoring resilience, reconnecting with purpose, and strengthening the leadership capacity needed for this work.

The program integrates climate resilience frameworks with practices that support wellbeing, reflection, nature connection, and embodied leadership.

What to expect

  • Frameworks and insights to better understand complex systems and the interconnected challenges shaping climate resilience.

  • Simple body-based practices to support nervous system regulation, presence, and decision-making under uncertainty.

  • Guided reflection practices designed to deepen awareness, integrate learning, and support personal insight.

  • Live group sessions that create space for dialogue, shared learning, and peer support among participants navigating similar challenges.
