Re-Generate
Strengthening inner & outer resilience in a changing world
A 6-week experiential group coaching and learning experience designed for women working in climate, sustainability, wellness, and social impact, starting May 5th 2026.
A space for navigating complexity and strengthening personal, professional, and planetary resilience in times of uncertainty.
About the program
We are navigating a time of increasing complexity, uncertainty, and change.
Many women working across sustainability, wellness, and social impact are holding a lot, balancing growing demands, urgency, and emotional pressure while staying connected to purpose within often fragmented systems, with little space to pause and reset.
Resilience, in this context, is not only a technical challenge.
It is a human capacity challenge.
To meet this moment, we need the ability to regulate, think systemically, collaborate across disciplines, and remain grounded in uncertainty.
The transition ahead requires more than solutions.
It calls for resilient, resourced leaders.
Re-Generate is a 6-week online experiential program starting May 5th, designed to support you in restoring resilience, reconnecting with your purpose, and strengthening the capacity needed for purpose-driven work.
Blending practical frameworks with embodied and reflective practices, the program helps you build both inner and outer capacity for meaningful, sustained impact.
A space to rest and restore.
To reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the deeper purpose behind your work.
Because sustaining systemic change begins with sustaining ourselves.
How it works
The program is designed to be flexible and integrated into your life, not added on top of it.
Each week, you will receive a curated set of practices that you can move through at your own pace, depending on your time and energy.
